Chic-land Da Nang is located at Lot B4.1-06 Vo Nguyen Giap street, Phuoc My ward, Son Tra district, Da Nang city, designed by talented architect Vo Trong Nghia - who created the goods A series of well-known green works, repeatedly received the major architectural awards of the world.

Blowing the soul for the work of architecture is subtle and environmentally friendly, to Chic-land Da Nang, visitors not only find the feeling of calm and calm, but also contribute to the " green "for the city, as urbanization gradually robs the precious blue that mother nature has given people.

• The highrise hotel building aims to be the first green building in Da Nang city. 
• The concept is to create a green tower that not only gives back the greenery to the built up area of its location but also to contribute to the percentage of greenery of the city which nowadays lacks of the green spaces. 
• The green facade is designed also with respect to the local weather with a strong sun during the summer time. The plants are shading the windows to create a better climate inside the hotel rooms but still providing a nice view to the sea coast. 

Thanks to the location of the site by the seashore the building will become the green landmark of the city.
