PMU for civil and industrial construction of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The UDEC and DIC 4 consortium won the construction of major and minor building blocks, with UDEC leading the partnership.

Vung Tau General Hospital was built on a land area of ​​5.7 ha, with an investment of 370 beds, a total construction area of ​​10,330 m2, a total floor area of ​​29,397 m2, with an investment of approximately VND1 billion. The project is expected to be completed in 2020.
